    Hello Serendipity,

Firstly, I hope you all had a wonderful December/January Holiday! I'm sure many of you are very excited to get back to continuing your awesome builds and creations on our servers.

This post is about the 'Chain of Command'. Basically, it is to inform you of the correct procedures to follow when you require assistance on our network. Here is how it works:

When a member of our community requires assistance, they may simply ask any available Helper. However, if there are none online, you continue up and ask a Moderator, and so forth. If no Staff Members are present, you are then to use the */modreq* command to state your issue (Use detail!). The point of this Chain of Command is to stop players from jumping straight to Administrators about an issue which another Staff Member could deal with.

This process was put in place to provide the smooth operations of our servers and network. Following this guide will help us ensure it stays as such.

For a more in-depth guide on our In-Game Ticket System, see *here*.

Thank you for taking your time to read this thread, and be sure to follow the Chain of Command when in need.

    The Serendipity Team.
